FIND OUT MORE ABOUT THE 2nd YEAR PROGRAM

The training schedule runs along side all the other training groups, for enhanced experience, shared wisdom and to build community. Whilst this group may be small in size, our commitment is for you to be able to finish the full training program, enhancing your personal relationship with Namae, other teachers, your cohort and with CWays Home community.

WHAT’S NEW IN 2024:

  • The revised format supports lots of personal attention and very deep exploration of your creation/destruction matrixes.
  • The new retreat format introduces more diversity of experiences.
  • The new tiered pricing structure invites a new consideration of wealth and access in relation to everyone.
  • We will explore the latest business information about best work practices, legislative changes and new resources.

ABOUT THE 2nd YEAR PROGRAM

As with all of this program, you try out the teachings on yourself initially, under Namae’s careful guidance, then practice with your cohort, try it with some forgiving friends, and then start charging and working with clients.

FOCUS The journey into wholeness requires the exploration of both pleasure and pain. The focus on the second year’s training will be on:

  •  continuing to develop your mental and emotional agility, to free yourself from past suffering, the patterns and compulsive behaviors that bind you. This becomes the template for working with others.
  • your creation/destruction matrices, and understand what are the rhythms and processes of your Natural development vs the patriarchal models of trauma at birth.
  • understanding and applying these processes to your self initially, to develop more compassion for yourself and those who seek healing with you.
  • your experience showing you how you create and how you destroy your self care, the love in your relationships and the consequences of choices
  • untangling your stress patterns, trusting the body and the breath, developing faith in Nature’s wisdom, as you recognize and return to your natural emotional state.
  • core patterns, and the sources of stress responses
  • ‘yin’ practices to balance all the energy activations, the emotional release and mental work
  • understanding what it means to complete the initiation/rebirth process.

TRACKING EXPERIENCES This year will offer opportunities to explore Nature’s wisdom in every retreat and ritual, to deepen your ability to track your own and others altered state experiences.

As you go into the breathwork sessions, you are encouraged to extend your understanding of the process, to breathe more fully, express a wider range of feelings and movements and let go more.

You may have opportunities to intern or assume the position of walker and experience yet another perspective of the work.

Because everything about the style of this program is designed to teach you how to show up in rituals and ceremonies and sessions, the training classes require that you listen carefully in the present, with shared gnosis with the people in front of you, rather than reaching for your phone or computer.

INTEGRATION This is very deep transformational work. Your ability to implement all the teachings, the experiences, the processes and your shiny new intentions, requires adequate time to rest, deep regenerative sleep and adequate time to integrate. The quality of your sleep effects your capacity to remember.

The quarterly retreats finish mid afternoon on Saturdays to provide a quiet day or two afterwards to integrate more and reduce your travel stress. Plan on creating more flexibility in your schedule for your inner process as we proceed. Some of the homeplay assignments may need more time to feel your way through the work. We encourage you to find whatever additional mental health, emotional or physical services that will to support your integration on all levels.

SHOWING UP FOR YOURSELF AND OTHERS

We invite you to consider showing up for yourself by giving yourself enough time, to do everything you need to do before, during and after each training event. It is part of the developmental process to come out of whatever trauma you might carry around time, to meet punctually with the group and your teachers when sessions begin. This approach supports:

  • your awareness of your natural rhythms as opposed to your trauma induced relationship with time (always being late or early and frustrated by latecomers)
  • the development of your emotional/mental agility
  • your self-care and self-regulation
  • respect and cohesion within your group

It is important to stay aware of the schedule as an act of group care and practice modulating deep experiences with oneself and in consideration of the needs of the whole group.

All trainees will be asked to sign a new self-responsibility agreement with Namae. This new document supports the need to maintain a mature, deep container, ensuring as much safety as possible. This means the acting out of destructive behaviors or crossing boundaries is preferably kept to a minimum as we agree to work with our ignorance, lack of awareness and traumas by taking our triggers and reactions into sessions.

HEALTH ASSESSMENTS

Before each session or retreat, let Namae know if you:

  • have any contagious illness
  • are on ANY medications
  • are receiving treatment for ANY physical or emotional condition
  • are working with any other facilitators and what modalities you are using
It is also recommended there be no smoking, drinking alcohol or use of any other mind or emotionally altering substances immediately before, during or immediately after any sessions.

Breathing is so much more than just getting air into our bodies.
It’s THE most intimate connection to Life
