SHARING OUR WEALTH

CWays Home is a small nonprofit that relies on donations to support all our programs. Reciprocity and generosity, for you, for your teachers and with the CWays Home staff are values we all cherish. We actively invite those who have more resources to share and support our community. For those of limited means, we offer a discount that invites your trust and respect for the incredible resource that is being shared. If you feel a commitment to doing this program, we want to do everything we can to support your dreams and give you access to this program.

Whenever we consider finances, scarcity, worry and other fears are often part of the landscape. With our tiered system of sliding scales, we invite you to consider your perception of wealth or lack of finances in relation to others. The financial structure of our culture has changed significantly in recent years, and we often hold on to limiting, outdated perceptions around our own abundance. We invite you to be honest and accrue some good karma.

We recognize that wealth is not just about money. As part of our commitment to equity and generosity, we have kept the price of this program to an absolute minimum. The amount of preparation time, personal attention and care that we put into your training experiences and personal development is far more than the dollar value. As far as we know there is no other program like this, offering direct transmission of the spiritual potency of Nature, along with such intimate mentoring, and diverse experiential teachings, and love.

CANCELLATIONS & WITHDRAWALS

Any trainee who wishes to withdraw from the program may do so at any time. Requests for withdrawals, including when you choose to not progress to the next training year, must be documented in writing/email to Namae Ntumae and Allie Bell.

If you withdraw from the program during a training year, a partial refund may be available and will be determined on a case-by-case basis. There will be no refunds given to trainees who withdrawal half way or more through the program.

There will be no refunds for live events if you choose to leave during that event.

Please note that trainees must complete the entire curriculum in order to become certified as CWays Home Guide of the Heart facilitators. You may choose to do this program and not become certified.

DEFERRALS

There are times when Life or your personal process requires that you take a year off to integrate, to settle into your new life or to tend family or career commitments. Know that the training course is really an awakening program, and it can take years for some key pieces to fall into place. Taking a deferral is not a failure of any kind, often it’s just the opposite, an act of courageous Self-care.

You may wish to continue some training through the bimonthly modules. Your hours there will be accredited to your GotH training. (NOTE: Modules will have different content to the Guide of the Heart program.)

When you resume the Guide of the Heart training program, we will need to assess where the program is in relation to the work you have already completed as the program often undergoes dynamic change. It may well be that new material may have been added, and you will be required to to join those specific classes.

MISSED EVENTS

MISSED CLASSES POLICYShould a trainee miss any group phone calls or classes, it is important to take action to make up the content and processes shared at that time. It is not always appropriate or possible to record classes or group calls so all trainees are encouraged to take extensive notes and generously share them with other trainees.

FOR CERTIFICATION: The quarterly group calls are a significant way to integrate your experiences during the quarterly retreats and to learn more processes for building group cohesion, trust and intimacy. They provide a space to ask questions or share about anything related to the training.

Should a trainee miss any group phone calls or teaching classes, and still wish to gain certification, it is incumbent upon the trainee to find out what knowledge, processes and experiences were taught and shared, and report back to Namae, within four weeks of the missed event.

There may be assignments, which the trainee must organize with fellow trainees (such as homeplay experiences). If you cannot contact your cohort, catch up on the missed learning, complete experiential homeplay assignments and provide a report to Namae, you will need to attend those same classes or calls the following year, at the additional cost of the next year’s training event.

Each year’s tuition includes all the offered training events, but only individual training calls roll over within each quarter. If individual calls are not attended, they do not roll over to the next quarter. Any missed classes a trainee needs to make up the following year, will be at an additional cost, at whatever price they are offered the following year.

FOR THOSE NOT SEEKING CERTIFICATION: It is incumbent upon you to find out what knowledge, processes and experiences were taught and shared during classes and group calls, so that you can keep pace within the learning cycles. Depending upon the content, there may be assignments, which you may or may not need to do, according to your attendance agreement with Namae. If you cannot contact your cohort, and catch up on the missed learning, you agree to let Namae know ASAP.

MISSED RITUAL / RETREATS POLICYEach student must attend four in-person training retreats and four online training rituals. We recommend trainees carefully consider the dates of these events as they are the backbone of the altered stated developmental process and the experiential training component for each quarter.

RITUALS: If you miss any of the required online training rituals, still attend the online preparation classes. You may make arrangements with your fellow trainees to organize your own online ritual experience make up session, as soon as possible afterwards, and within the current training quarter. The makeup ritual must be done with a partner and homeplay submitted as usual. Contact Allie at least 5 days prior to the day you select for your makeup session to gain access to the playlist.

RETREATS: The cost of tuition includes four in-person retreats. Note that travel/ meals/accommodations for these retreats are separate and not included in tuition. Should a trainee miss any of the four in-person training retreats, the trainee will need to make arrangements to make up that time during the current quarter by attending the next available community breathwork retreat.

If you cannot attend the community breathwork retreat during the same quarter or if there is no community breathwork retreat offered during that same quarter, you must attend another during the following training year in the same quarter to complete the certification requirements. This will be at the additional cost of that retreat at that time. There is no roll over of tuition costs from one year to the next.

These arrangements for missing training retreats and training rituals are not a preferred option as training with your cohort is a unique experience, one that fosters trust, vulnerability and deep intimacy with the people who are your safety net, now and in the future. Your certification will be withheld until the required experiences have all been completed.
